Bradley is a Co-Founder of Satellite Innovations and leads delivery management for Satellite's dedicated engineering team engagements. He brings over 15 years of experience building and scaling technology businesses across financial services, lending, and SaaS.

He is also a Co-Founder of DigiFi, a leading provider of digital origination solutions to lenders, banks and credit unions, and he previously founded Promise Financial, a digital lending platform that was sold in 2017. Earlier in his career, Bradley worked in private equity at Lee Equity Partners and held board roles in financial services–related businesses. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Mathematics from Queen’s University.

Eugenia is CEO and Co-Founder of Satellite, where she leads company strategy, operations, and delivery execution across all client engagements. She brings over a decade of experience in financial services, consulting, and technology-enabled delivery.

Prior to founding Satellite, Eugenia was a Senior Management Consultant at Capgemini Consulting, advising Fortune 500 clients on strategic, operational, and IT initiatives. Earlier in her career, she worked at BNY Mellon, gaining direct exposure to large-scale financial services operations. She holds a BA in Business Management and Political Science from Columbia University, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and completed full-stack software engineering training at Fullstack Academy.

Joshua is a Co-Founder of Satellite and leads client relationships, commercial strategy and long-term account development. He is responsible for aligning delivery models with client priorities and ensuring engagements evolve successfully over time.

Josh's background spans fintech entrepreneurship and private equity, including co-founding DigiFi, a digital lending and account-opening platform for banks and lenders. Earlier in his career, Joshua worked in private equity at Golden Gate Capital and Lee Equity Partners, giving him a strong foundation in evaluating business models, operating leverage, and long-term value creation. He holds an AB from Princeton University, graduating Summa Cum Laude.

Jorge is Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Satellite, providing strategic oversight and governance across the firm. He also serves as Executive Chairman of DigiFi, a leading digital loan origination system, where he supports long-term strategy and operational discipline.

Jorge brings deep financial services leadership experience, including two decades in senior roles at Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse, and he currently serves as a board member at Seer Capital Management. Jorge holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and an MS from MIT.

Kate leads HR, recruiting, and people operations at Satellite, where she has built and scaled the company’s entire talent function since joining at an early stage. She is responsible for full-cycle recruiting, technical interview processes, performance management and employee relations across long-term client teams.

Kate brings deep experience in technical recruiting and HR management, with a background spanning IT recruitment, compliance and conflict management. Kate holds a law degree from Belarusian State University and is certified in HR Management and IT Recruitment, providing a strong foundation in structured hiring, governance and team stability.

Svetlana leads accounting, financial reporting and planning at Satellite Innovations, with responsibility for financial controls, budgeting and operational transparency across the organization. She has held this role since 2020, supporting the company’s growth and long-term financial discipline.

Svetlana brings more than 15 years of experience in accounting and finance, including prior roles as Chief Accountant and Head of Finance at technology and services companies. Svetlana holds a degree in Banking and International Finance from Belarusian State Economic University and completed professional training in IFRS, providing a strong foundation in financial reporting and compliance.
