The final step is an introduction to the client you’d be working with. This is a chance for both sides to ensure a mutual fit. You’ll discuss the project, expectations and how your skills align with the team’s needs. Strong communication and professionalism are key, as this interview is held in English and is usually the last step before an offer.

The Fit Interview is typically conducted by one of our founders, who are native English speakers. This interview, held entirely in English, helps us assess both your communication skills and cultural alignment with the customer. We’ll discuss your education, work experience and personal goals to ensure a strong fit with our team and company values.

Technical Interview
The Technical Interview is where we assess your core skills. You’ll meet with one of our senior engineers, who will perform an in-depth assessment through coding exercises, problem-solving challenges and discussions about your past work. We focus on both technical expertise and practical application to real-world scenarios.
